A flat plate with a light green glaze created by Yukiko Saito of Shigetsu Kiln, a Japanese potter and Chinese tea artist. The line-carved peony arabesque pattern and rich glaze give it the appearance of timeless pottery. You can use it like a tea board or tea tray by placing a matching "Gaiwan"tea bowl or "Bajyohai" tea cup or you can use it as a plate for serving sweets and food. There are Gaiwan, Bajyohai, and Tea Pitcher from the same series.
