This Gaiwan with a light green glaze was created by Yukiko Saito of Shigetsu Kiln, a Japanese potter and Chinese tea artist. The pottery is attractive for its soft and generous shape typical of Saito, created using a kick potter's wheel, and for its rich expressions such as the the flow of the glaze.
It has an appropriate capacity of 120 to 130 ml and can be used for 2 to 3 people. A special saucer is included. There are tea cups, tea pitchers, and flat plates from the same series.
